Mr. Bo Yu has served as SOLAI Limited's director between January 20, 2017 to December 28, 2021 where he was then promoted to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Yu was the Company's general counsel. Mr. Yu received a master's degree in law from the University of Iowa, and a master's degree in law and a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Wuhan. Mr. Yu is admitted to the Bar of the State of Michigan.

Mr. Man San Vincent Law is a key founder of the Company. He has served as a Senior Adviser of Loto Interactive Limited since 2017. From 2001 to 2015, Mr. Law served as the Company's chief executive officer and was chairman of the board of directors from 2001 to 2017. In 2001, Mr. Law founded E-Sun Network Co., Ltd. and became one of the pioneers in opening China's online lottery service market, committed to developing innovative online products and solutions. Mr. Law received a bachelor's degree from Wuhan University in 1990 and an administrative master's degree in business administration from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business in 2009.

Mr. Zhan Chen has served as our director from February 27, 2026.Mr. Zhan Chen is the founder and, since 2025, the CEO of Open Mouth Food Inc., a U.S.-based premium food company specializing in clean-label, shelf-stable Asian noodle soups and broths. Previously, Mr. Chen successfully founded and scaled multiple ventures, serving as CEO of Boba Labs Inc. from 2022 to 2024 and Qin Yan Tech from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in his career, he served as CEO of the consumer lending division at Wheat Financial Technology. Mr. Chen received a bachelor's degree from the East China University of Political Science and Law. He is an alumnus of Tsinghua University's Global Entrepreneur Leadership Program at the PBC School of Finance, a curriculum tailored for founders, entrepreneurs, and senior investment professionals driving innovative, high-growth ventures. He also completed an executive education program at China Europe International Business School ("CEIBS").

Mr. Honghui Deng has served as an independent director for the company since May 2011. Mr. Deng has served as a fellow at the Innovation Creativity Capital Institute (IC2) of the University of Texas at Austin since 2010. He has taught as an EMBA/MBA professor at Peking University Guanghua School of Management since 2005. He has also taught as an assistant professor and associate professor at the School of Business of University of Nevada, Las Vegas since 2003. Mr. Deng was the founder and served as the chief executive officer of HHD Consulting Service LLC from 2003 to 2008. Mr. Deng has extensive consulting experiences for business firms on long-term strategy, finance and management. Mr. Deng received a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering and business administration from the School of Electronic Engineering of Chongqing University in 1990 and 1994, and a Ph.D. degree in business administration from University of Texas at Austin in 2003.

Dr. Lu has been a Managing Member of Nimbus 2020 LLC and a Venture Partner of Sycamore Management Corporation ("Sycamore Ventures"), a private equity and venture capital firm, since January 2019.

Prior to that, Dr. Lu was the Managing Director of China Merchants Capital where he led buyout investments in healthcare and selected industrial sector investments. Dr. Lu was a Partner and Chief Representative of China, for William Blair & Company, the Chicago-headquartered investment banking and asset management firm, from 2006 to 2011. Before that, Dr. Lu worked at McKinsey & Company where he advised global and regional companies on their growth and financial strategies.

Dr. Lu was a director and a member of the Audit Committee of China Nepstar Chain Drugstore Ltd. from 2014 to 2016 and is currently an independent director of Hong Kong Exchange-listed Hua Lien International (Holding) Company Limited (director since December 2017) and an independent director and a member of the Audit Committee of China Automotive Systems, Inc (director since July 2019). Dr. Lu holds a Ph.D. in Microbiology from Columbia University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
